I used to climb this rock and have breakfast looking out on Lake Superior. It's about 20 feet high or 6 meters.

DeleteHi Benni !! Great shots for this week's theme. Love the gulls drifting on the breeze in the first shot, can almost hear them calling out to each other. I like the (almost) ground-level POV of the second shot. Gives the appearance of a deserted beach.....my favourite type!! I can see why you would want to climb that rock to have breakfast. Would have a wonderful view.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Mitch. I love deserted places. That spot in the dunes and atop the rock are places I have spent hours in blissful contemplation, although the rock was a bit tough to climb even when I was younger.
