All three images was taken at the one and the same visit to Fredriksdal Open Air Museum.

Outside the classic merchant shop in the cobblestoned street which lies in the Old Town part of the OAM.

Hi everyone - Pat calling from Switzerland with this week's Picture This. I thought let's do some still life, I mean it doesn't have to be dead, just perhaps not breathing - an opportunity to show your artistic flare (or not).

I was recovering from a golden oldie midday sleep and noticed the sun shining through the blinds in the bedroom - so here is my No. 1 fresh from today

I went for a walk yesterday and saw these rose hips as the Autumn remains of the rose.

The sugar beets have now been harvested in our part of the world and are waiting to be picked up by the truck from the refinery. There are piles of them on most of the fields.

And my last - this chicken is dead, stuffed, not alive, and was very still when I saw him for an advertising campaign at the local supermarket.

This time, thanks to Mitch, I had to go out on a photo safari as my Autumn photos were mainly last years and the years before.

Here is one of the last Hollyhocks in my garden. Their actual colour would be yellow, but always in Autumn they tend to go red.

My hostas are now almost finished for this year, but I leave it until the really cold damp weather arrives. Makes it easier to pull out the leaves. Not quite ready yet, but in a few weeks.

I came across these mushrooms on a walk.

And a view across the meadow just around the corner. The cows are still out. We have not had such cold weather up to now and the autumn colours are only just beginning to show.

Thanks for hosting Anders and congratulations on the banner photo Mitch. It seems to me that our numbers are dwindling week by week - shame it is the only photo site that I partake in.

Here we have one Tabby cat peeping out of the bed cover and astonished to find a human with a camera.

Two objects, my computer and my iPhone.

I thought that three things would be most difficult, but I found 3 sparrows in my garden being looked after by King Frog. Actually I was lucky, the sparrows discovered there are grass seeds in the garden and usually they arrive in tribes.

And here is an extra. 3 very old typewriters outside a local restaurant.
